To effect policy change to tackle health and wellbeing problems caused by poor quality, damp, noisy, badly lit, poorly ventilated and inefficient homes and buildings and embed health and wellbeing principles in future legislation to ensure the UK’s homes and buildings positively benefit the occupants’ health and wellbeing.
