Consumer Rights - Cross Party Group
Whilst the majority of legislation around consumer rights aren't devolved the purpose of the group is to explore how people in Wales can be more confident as consumers of the full range of consumer goods and services that are available and emerging in an ever increasing digital marketplace. Some people experience more detriment in markets than others and the aim of this group will be to consider what levers and opportunities there exist in Wales to ensure that everyone is able to fully access goods and services - full range of access including financial, geographical, demographic, cultural and linguistic and physical.
