Early day motion 965, tabled 15 October 2026 by Mary Glindon (Labour). Signed by 3 members.

That this House congratulates geopolitical artist Piers Secunda on his exhibition, Nature Morte, that exposes the efforts to exterminate Ukraine through child kidnapping for forced adoption and child militarisation in Russia, from which few return, and which is a crime against humanity; notes that Russians are looting art and culture on an industrial scale including from three Ukrainian State Archives; further notes that treasured Ukrainian documents have been turned into toilet paper; recognises that Dimitri Petrovich Bak is using his extensive knowledge of Ukrainian culture to rewrite history helping Putin justify his war of aggression; and urges the government to consider sanctions against the individuals named in the exhibition.
