NHS dentistry access in Stratford-on-Avon
Early day motion 1093, tabled 3 November 2026 by Manuela Perteghella (Liberal Democrat). Signed by 1 member.
That this House notes with concern that many people in Stratford-on-Avon are unable to access an NHS dentist; regrets that they are being forced either to pay high private fees or to forgo much-needed dental care altogether, leaving many in avoidable pain and suffering; recognises that the NHS is losing good dentists because the current dental contract leaves NHS practices financially unsustainable; and calls on the Government to reform the NHS dental contract as a matter of urgency, thereby restoring proper access to NHS dentistry for people across Stratford-on-Avon and the country.
