That this House congratulates the Welsh national football team on qualifying for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar; pays tribute to the players and coaching staff for being great ambassadors for the Wales and inspiring a whole nation; looks forward to the group games against the United States, Iran and England; recognises the contribution of the red wall to the success of the team; and acknowledges the clarion call of the team by the inspirational folk singer Dafydd Iwan of Er gwaetha pawb a phopeth – ry’n ni yma o hyd, despite everyone and everything – we are still here.
