Anniversary of first Northern Ireland British Home Championships Victors

Early day motion 535, tabled 2 June 2020 by Jim Shannon (DUP). Signed by 3 members.

Notes the anniversary of the first Northern Ireland victory in the British Home Championships; highlights that Northern Ireland were also the last victors of the British Home Championships retaining the trophy in the IFA Trophy Cabinet; further recognises the current difficulty with international matches; and suggests the reinstatement of this British Home Championships to help bind the United Kingdom together in sport.
