HAIRSTYLISTS AGAINST HUNGER AT GLASGOW CLYDE COLLEGE

Early day motion 2332, tabled 29 April 2019 by Chris Stephens (Scottish National Party). Signed by 10 members.

That this House praises the work of 13 HNC hairstylists at the Cardonald Campus of Glasgow Clyde College for holding an event on 23 April 2019 to raise awareness about the use of foodbanks in the UK; thanks the hairstylists for offering hair and beauty services to people of Glasgow in exchange for donations to the Glasgow South West Foodbank as part of the Hairstylists Against Hunger initiative; and congratulations them on a wonderful event which both raised awareness and collected a huge amount of money for the Glasgow South West Foodbank.
