That this House recognises the achievements of motorcycle racer William Dunlop from Ballymoney; expresses profound sympathy and regret to his partner, child, mother, brothers and extended family on his tragic death in the Republic of Ireland whilst practising for the Skerries Races; and calls on the Northern Ireland Department for Communities to continue to examine ways of improving and promoting track safety in Northern Ireland.
