CALLANISH BASF PHARMA LTD LIFE SCIENCES AWARD

That this House congratulates the staff at BASF Pharma Ltd in Callanish in the Hebrides who were recently awarded the Export and International Trade Award at the Scottish Enterprise Life Sciences Awards; recognises the outstanding and prestigious achievement in Scotland's internationally-renowned life sciences sector; further recognises the contribution that BASF brings to the local community in Lewis in producing omega-3 products and has done for many years as a world leader in lipid chromatography; further congratulates the wider BASF company and also partner organisations with which BASF works in cooperation; and wishes them the very best for continued success in the future.
