REDUCTION OF PRIMARY CARE BUREAUCRACY IN NHS SCOTLAND
Early day motion 881, tabled 15 December 2015 by Philippa Whitford (Scottish National Party). Signed by 37 members.
That this House recognises the innovative approach of the Scottish Government in abolishing the Quality Outcome Framework for GPs so as to reduce bureaucracy and free-up more time to spend caring for patients; recommends that the Government consider a similar move; and commends the Scottish Government's relationship with the medical profession which is helping to shape future primary care services in Scotland.
