That this House congratulates the directors and staff of Pat Munro (Alness) Ltd in Ross-Shire on achieving the award of Best Large Rural Family Business at The Herald Family Business Awards; further congratulates the company's success at the Highland Business Awards where it also won both Highland Business of the Year and Best Family Business; notes the company's excellent work across the key service areas of quarry products, waste services, construction, civil engineering and house building; and commends the directors for the development of their socially-responsible policies as they achieve excellence in employment practice, developing and supporting family values and advancing staff training and professional development across their staff of 115 local people.
