ICT IN LEARNING

Early day motion 689, tabled 10 November 2015 by Drew Hendry (Scottish National Party). Signed by 16 members.

That this House congratulates the Highland Council on its work around digital learning and welcomes its commitment to promoting ICT in Learning across the Highlands; recognises that this positive learning strategy must be supported by suitable digital infrastructure to ensure that Highland pupils are not disadvantaged as a result of the current digital divide; and therefore urges that robust action be taken to improve rural broadband services.
