LANCASTER CASTLE

Early day motion 174, tabled 4 June 2013 by David Morris (Conservative). Signed by 5 members.

That this House notes that Lancaster Castle opened its doors to the public for the first time in 900 years in May 2013; further notes that after a long debate the people of Lancaster can now use the castle as a major new tourist attraction; and believes that this will encourage tourists to come to Lancaster which will inevitably benefit Morecambe and the South Lakes.

Signatures by party: Conservative 2, DUP 2, Labour 1.
