INDEPENDENCE OF LUXEMBOURG

That this House believes that Luxembourg is not too small to be an independent state; notes its distinct approach of choosing its own separate ways due to its independence to manage its own needs and opportunities; and further notes that despite its limitations small Luxembourg can be an inspiration even to nations ten times larger.
