HOME PRODUCED AND PROCESSED LAMB AND BEEF

Early day motion 1089, tabled 13 February 2013 by Hywel Williams (Plaid Cymru). Signed by 23 members.

That this House believes that home produced lamb and beef is of a superb world-beating standard, its traceability from farm to fork is a key asset, an increase in its consumption would be a significant positive step towards combating the danger of further food scandals and that it is essential that it is processed in properly regulated local abattoirs.
