MOBILE PHONE MASTS

Early day motion 46, tabled 23 November 2004 by Paul Burstow (Liberal Democrat). Signed by 4 members.

That this House is concerned by recent court judgements allowing mobile phone masts to be located next to schools; notes the report published by the All Party Parliamentary Group on Mobile Communication in July on mobile phone masts; and calls on the Government to heed the advice of that report so that more control is given over phone masts and antennae to local communities through planning procedures.

Signatures by party: Liberal Democrat 3, Labour 1.
