PUBLICATION OF THE RISK REGISTER ON HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE BILL REFORMS

Early day motion 86, tabled 17 May 2012 by Mike Hancock (Liberal Democrat). Signed by 28 members.

That this House condemns the Government's decision to veto the ruling by the Information Commissioner to publish the risk register associated with the Health and Social Care Bill reforms; has significant doubts over whether this constitutes an exceptional case as required by the veto; and strongly urges the Government to reverse its decision and release the risk register at the earliest possible stage.
