BUSH FIRES IN AUSTRALIA

That this House is deeply concerned about the bush fires raging through areas of Australia; notes the friendship between Australia and the United Kingdom; congratulates the Prime Minister on his immediate offer of help and condolences to the people of Australia in his telephone call to the Prime Minister of Australia; and calls on the Government to offer whatever forms of help and support, including military personnel and equipment if necessary, the Australian government requires.
