LOWDHAM STATION RAIL SERVICES

Early day motion 2482, tabled 11 November 2008 by Paddy Tipping (Labour). Signed by 6 members.

That this House recognises the planned improvement in rail services at Lowdham Station; notes, however, that the 7:52am service, the key morning commuter service to Nottingham, is to be discontinued in December 2008; understands the problems this will cause to commuters; and welcomes the undertaking given by East Midlands Trains to review the matter at the next available opportunity.

Signatures by party: Labour 4, Liberal Democrat 2.
