leave out from `students' to end and insert `further notes the more generous support available to students in England compared to Scotland in terms of both eligibility and level of loans and grants available for full- and part-time further and higher education students; further notes with concern the SNP-controlled Scottish Government's real terms cut to funding to Scottish universities following its spending review resulting in "their most difficult three years financially since the early 1990s", according to Universities Scotland; and condemns the SNP for reneging on its uncosted pre-election pledge to write-off student debt and its rejection of a Labour amendment to the Graduate Endowment (Scotland) Bill for a comprehensive and independent review of funding of further and higher education in Scotland, including student support.'.
