FIFE FARES, NOT FAIR CAMPAIGN

Early day motion 2173, tabled 7 October 2008 by Willie Rennie (Liberal Democrat). Signed by 42 members.

That this House notes with concern that the cost of travelling by train to and from Fife is often disproportionately more than the cost of train journeys in other parts of Scotland; recognises its continued commitment to the promotion of environmentally-friendly modes of transport; and welcomes the Fife fares, not fair campaign for cheaper train travel.
