BRADFORD CROSS RAIL LINK

Early day motion 2112, tabled 21 July 2008 by Marsha Singh (Labour). Signed by 17 members.

That this House notes the proposal by the Bradford Rail Users Group to connect the City's two railway stations, Bradford Forster Square and Bradford Interchange; further notes that this would not only improve rail travel in the City and beyond, but may also make a significant contribution to the City's regeneration; and calls on Bradford Metropolitan District Council to revisit this issue and undertake a feasibility study to assess the practicality and financial implications of this proposal.
