BRITISH AIRWAYS AND BRITISH BEEF
Early day motion 1556, tabled 13 May 2008 by Alistair Carmichael (Liberal Democrat). Signed by 31 members.
That this House notes that British Airways has stopped serving beef as part of its in-flight service citing religious restrictions as part of its justification; condemns this decision as wrong-headed and tokenistic; and calls on British Airways to recommence serving British beef, some of the finest food to be found anywhere in the world.
