CROSS-PARTY CONSENSUS IN SCOTLAND

Early day motion 887, tabled 5 February 2008 by Angus MacNeil (Scottish National Party). Signed by 6 members.

That this House commends the spirit of cross-party consensus that has developed in the new Scotland since the national and local elections of May 2007 and notes approvingly the comment attributed to a Glasgow Labour councillor who is quoted in the Glasgow Evening Times saying `God bless them' in relation to the SNP government and the much welcomed freezing of the council tax in Scotland.

Signatures by party: Scottish National Party 5, Plaid Cymru 1.
