SCIENCE FUNDING IN THE NORTH WEST
Early day motion 498, tabled 6 December 2007 by Mark Hunter (Liberal Democrat). Signed by 9 members.
That this House is concerned that threatened cuts in the North West science budget and any delay in promised development at Daresbury has put at risk the growth of the knowledge economy in the North West and accentuated the large gap in wealth between the North West and the South East.
Signatures by party: Liberal Democrat 4, Labour 3, Conservative 1, Social Democratic and Labour Party 1.
