BT CHARGES ON VULNERABLE PEOPLE
Early day motion 2076, tabled 10 October 2007 by Gregory Campbell (DUP). Signed by 64 members.
That this House calls upon telecommunications providers such as BT to urgently reconsider any decision to impose additional charges on customers who choose not to pay direct debit as this places an unduly harsh penalty on vulnerable groups such as those on low incomes, single parents and elderly people.
