RYANAIR'S TREATMENT OF DISABLED CUSTOMERS

Early day motion 1357, tabled 25 April 2007 by Sharon Hodgson (Labour). Signed by 63 members.

That this House is outraged that Ryanair does not allow disabled customers the opportunity to state their requirements when booking flights electronically but instead chooses to insist that disabled customers must contact the company directly on an 0871 telephone number which costs 10 pence per minute; believes that this shows a lamentable attitude towards accommodating disabled passengers; and urges Ryanair to incorporate disabled customers into their normal online service forthwith.

Signatures by party: Labour 43, Liberal Democrat 11, Conservative 5, DUP 2, Respect 1, Social Democratic and Labour Party 1.
