leave out from `views' to end and add `but believes that a free and open broadcast media will inevitably mean that some programming on issues of controversy, theology and religion will mislead viewers; and recognises that the overall broadcast output should be balanced and that a right to complain through Ofcom is a better way to address these questions than parliamentary censure or demands for apology.'.
