FLYING THE FLAG ON PORTCULLIS HOUSE

That this House calls upon the House of Commons Commission urgently to resolve the health and safety issues that are currently prohibiting the flying of flags and in particular the raising of the Union Flag from the flagpole on Portcullis House.
