BOVINE TB IN WORCESTERSHIRE

Early day motion 283, tabled 2 December 2004 by Peter Luff (Conservative). Signed by 5 members.

That this House notes with concern that bovine TB is threatening a growing number of farmers every year in Worcestershire and that further delay in action against bovine TB is unacceptable; further notes the failure of the Government to use existing powers within the Protection of Badgers Act; and calls on the Government to take practical measures immediately to eliminate TB from both cattle and wildlife.

Signatures by party: Conservative 4, DUP 1.
