PARLIAMENTARY RECESS
Early day motion 692, tabled 10 October 2005 by Angus MacNeil (Scottish National Party). Signed by 7 members.
That this House believes that whilst Westminster continues to be a Parliament with powers over the nations of Scotland, England and Wales, the parliamentary recess should be shorter and therefore mirror the patterns of life throughout these nations and more accurately reflect the community holidays of these nations.
Signatures by party: Scottish National Party 5, Plaid Cymru 2.
