That this House condemns the view of Volker Roth, Chairman of the UEFA referees committee, who branded the Chelsea manager as an `enemy of football'; and believes that, if Mr Roth is interested in the enemies of football he should turn his attention to Spanish national coach Luis Aragones and his insulting, racist remarks about Thierry Henry and demand that UEFA impose a proper punishment on Senor Aragones rather than the derisory fine levied by the Spanish Football Association.
