ULSTER SCOTS CULTURAL IDENTITY

Early day motion 324, tabled 7 December 2004 by Gregory Campbell (DUP). Signed by 12 members.

That this House acknowledges the work done by all the groups involved in the promotion of the Ulster Scots cultural identity throughout Northern Ireland; commends the growing interest in Ulster Scots; and expresses the hope that there will be a recognition of this on the international stage similar to that in the southern states of the USA where much formal recognition already exists.
