POSTHOMOUS MEDALS FOR SUPREME SACRIFICE (2)

Early day motion 532, tabled 2 February 2004 by Harry Barnes (Labour). Signed by 52 members.

That this House believes that the powerful campaign being run by the Daily Mirror for medals recognising the bravery of six military policemen killed in Iraq also shows the need for medals which recognise all British servicemen and women who have been killed in the line of duty as proposed in Early Day Motion 445.

Signatures by party: Labour 24, Liberal Democrat 14, Conservative 4, DUP 3, Labour/Co-operative 3, UUP 3, Plaid Cymru 1.
