leave out from 'killed' to 'and' in line 3 and insert 'denounces the Spanish Popular Party for the partisan and opportunistic manner in which it sought to exploit the atrocity; reproaches the UK Government for its complicity in this strategy through its support for UN resolution 1530 naming ETA as the group responsible for the attack; and calls all governments around the world to take note of the result of the recent Spanish general elections which demonstrate that politicians who lie in pursuit of their aims will be held to account by the people;'.
