CYPRIOT SETTLEMENT

Early day motion 1176, tabled 12 May 2004 by Bob Spink (Conservative). Signed by 19 members.

That this House accepts that the Greek Cypriots did not vote in the referendum to reject the solution of the Cyprus problem, but to reject a particular plan that was inconsistent with UN resolutions and justice for both communities; and calls on the Government to seek an improved plan that can command the support of both communities and lead to early reunification.
