COMPANIES BILL AND COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANIES

Early day motion 1648, tabled 14 September 2004 by Bob Spink (Conservative). Signed by 3 members.

That this House notes the set-up cost for the proposed regulator of community interest companies would be ú500,000, but that the annually recurring costs would be ú450,000 and not ú150,000 as stated by the Minister in the second reading debate; and thanks the Minister for correcting the record.

Signatures by party: Labour 2, Conservative 1.
