leave out from 'House' to end and add 'believes that, whilst the honourable Member for hayes and Harlington has done sterling work in defence of the Fire Service and on many other issues, his analysis in honouring the role of the PIRA is deeply flawed, and that their use of the armed struggle was counter-productive, immoral and has led to the current situation where they have moved into mafia-style activities.'.
