POST OFFICE CASH MACHINE CHARGES

Early day motion 69, tabled 3 July 2001 by David Crausby (Labour). Signed by 69 members.

That this House welcomes the plans by the Post Office to introduce cash machines in thousands of branches across the country; is appalled at any proposals to charge customers for using them; recognises that people who use the post office to collect pensions and benefits are often the least able to afford charges; and urges the Post Office not to charge for the use of cash machines in its establishments.
