That this House congratulates Mark Hughes and his Wales football team on their excellent performance against Russia in Moscow on Saturday 15th November in the play off match for the 2004 European Championships; and wishes them every success in the second leg at the Cardiff Millennium Stadium on Wednesday 19th November.
