EZ-DVDS

Early day motion 1890, tabled 10 November 2003 by Michael Weir (Scottish National Party). Signed by 27 members.

That this House is concerned about plans by companies to market disposable DVDs, so-called EZ-DVDs, which become unplayable forty-eight hours after the wrapping is removed; and believes that, although such devices may increase the profits of the companies, they are wasteful and potentially damaging to the environment.

Signatures by party: Labour 18, Liberal Democrat 4, Plaid Cymru 3, Scottish National Party 2.
