ESSEX COUNTY COUNCIL'S WASTE PLAN

That this House calls on Her Majesty's Government to permit Essex County Council to specifically exclude incinerators in its waste plan; and calls on the Government to pass on the landfill tax to local authorities responsible for waste management, to use in promoting re-cycling initiatives.
