ESTABLISHED CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR FURTHER EDUCATION STAFF

Early day motion 1071, tabled 25 March 2002 by Alan Meale (Labour). Signed by 52 members.

That this House acknowledges the great contribution of further education teaching staff and support staff in educational achievements gained by their students; believes it essential that model conditions of employment are established for such staff engaged in this national education service; and considers it critical that national standards for conditions of employment are essential to ensure adequate, good quality teaching and support for students wherever in Britain they reside.
