That this House congratulates Scottish chef Andrew Fairlie, who won the prestigious Catey Award for Britain's best Newcomer Chef of the Year; notes the success of his restaurant in Gleneagles which he opened just last year; and would like to extend its best wishes for continuing success for Mr Fairlie.
