EU BAN ON COSMETICS TESTED ON ANIMALS

That this House calls upon Her Majesty's Government to support on Second Reading in the Council of Ministers an EU-wide Directive effecting a complete marketing ban on new animal tested cosmetics and a full ban on animal testing for cosmetics in the EU.
