FREE PARKING FOR COMMUNITY PHYSIOTHERAPISTS

Early day motion 1796, tabled 22 October 2002 by Helen Jones (Labour). Signed by 41 members.

That this House recognises the valuable work done by community physiotherapists; notes the difficulties they experience in finding parking spaces near patients' homes, the consequent waste of valuable time and the problem of carrying equipment; and calls upon the Department of Health and the Department of Transport to work together to ensure that physiotherapists can have free and unlimited parking when visiting patients.
