CONDUCT OF THE LIBERAL DEMOCRAT PARTY

Early day motion 1772, tabled 17 October 2002 by Simon Thomas (Plaid Cymru). Signed by 12 members.

That this House notes the motion on the Order Paper of 16th October in the name of the Liberal Democrats stating that 'British agriculture is in the throes of its worst recession since the 1930s'; reminds that party that they are responsible for agriculture in Wales and Scotland both as part of the ruling coalitions and as holders of the relevant Cabinet posts; and believes that this is the latest in a long line of incredible attempts by that party to mislead the public on their true responsibilities.

Signatures by party: Scottish National Party 5, Plaid Cymru 4, Conservative 2, Labour 1.
