COMMENTS BY HONOURABLE MEMBERS ON PUBLIC MORALITY

Early day motion 110, tabled 13 December 2000 by Hilton Dawson (Labour). Signed by 25 members.

That this House believes that it is unwise of any honourable Member who supported a government which presided over mass unemployment, burgeoning child and pensioner poverty, shocking homelessness, rotten housing, soaring crime, cuts in development aid and the destruction of whole communities based on steel making, shipbuilding and coal mining to lecture anyone on morality.

Signatures by party: Labour 21, Labour/Co-operative 2, Liberal Democrat 2.
