ALL-PARTY DISABLEMENT GROUP

Early day motion 491, tabled 27 March 2001 by Peter Bottomley (Conservative). Signed by 29 members.

That this House thanks the House staff for managing to allocate rooms for meetings, and while acknowledging the proper priority for select and standing committees, expresses the hope that meetings of the All-Party Disablement Group be moved at short notice as infrequently as possible, understanding the particular difficulty of regular and singular attendees who may have to shift from floor to floor or building to building with greater effort and loss of time in wheelchairs.

Signatures by party: Labour 18, Liberal Democrat 5, Conservative 2, Plaid Cymru 2, Labour/Co-operative 1, UUP 1.
