That this House welcomes the Ashenden Trust/Transport 2000 report The Plane Truth; notes the forecasts of growth in air travel and the unacceptable environmental impacts this would have; and calls on the Government to include a strategy for managing demand for aviation and setting environmental limits on airports in its forthcoming aviation strategy.
